Mary Ellen had a plan for my rural property from the start. She let me know what similar homes with acreage had sold for in the recent past and brainstormed about pricing strategy.


She made a number of suggestions about simple things that would help the house show better. And she went all out in marketing, including buying ads on the front page of local and specialized publications. The result was a rapid sale at my target price -- and a very happy client.


Mary Ellen had warned me that it could take six to nine months to sell a rural property with a nice house, but she beat her own target by a long shot. I recommend her without any hesitation because she did a fabulous job for me!
